Object of Obsession Ruins Ghost Face
Why is Ooo not calibrated to Ghost Faces power? Or for that matter any stealth Killers powers or ability's.

Please explain @Peanits @not_Queen why this perk isn't changed to only work on Ghost Face if his power isn't active?

You can still see the pig when she is crouched correct? Tier 1 Michael as well. It’s no different for ghost face.

Tier 1 Michael is not seen by OoO. Neither can Michael see the Survivor. This is mostly, because Michael actually REALLY needs to get to EW2, otherwise he will not achieve anything.
Also, Freddy is immune to OoO while the Survivor is not in Dreamworld. But Freddy sees the Survivor.

some killers are ######### by OoO, and some have easy play if the survivor uses OoO. thats just how it is

My guess they don't want a Perk to be useless just cause you face the wrong kind of Killer.
The Killer's Power being completely nullified is okay though.
2 -
Wrong. Tier 1 Myers is immune to aura reading.

To be fair, as an increasing number of people I've gone against have used it, I have been able to score some easy hooks/kills with Billy. I am able know where the survivor is straight away. BBQ is just the cherry on top in those games. However, this only makes want to avoid stealth killers because of the issue with OoO and stealth breaker perks.

@weirdkid5 @Aven_Fallen I didn’t actually know that about Michael. Guess that show you how much I play him.
Also you never mentioned the pig, is she still seen? I don’t use Ooo so I really don’t have a good idea.

Yes Pig is still shown during her crouch. Myers is the only one who has aura protection, aside from Spirit during her phase walk. I think while you're awake currently Freddy also has his aura hidden but I'm not sure.
Killers with 0 terror radius shouldn't show their aura. This would be a fair balance for me.
This means Pig, Night Shroud GF, and Cloaked Wraith would all have their auras hidden during their stealth moments, and perks like Tinkerer and even Insidious would be indirectly buffed because of this.
It just makes sense to me.

Some mod or dev mentioned that they are looking to that perk to see if it fits that wont work on all stealth killers

Earlier I had someone I'm pretty sure accidentally sandbag their teammate because he seen me around the corner with OoO and threw a pallet down without knowing I was in a chase. I gave the person I was after a little room to basically start the chase over but that didn't stop them from going off on the OoO guy after the game.

Why though, it just ruins the stealth entirely. Especially for a character like Ghost Face that requires stealth as a key element in his power...
Ooo completely destroy him, it just ruins the point of "stealth" if a SWF with a Ooo user with coms just tells you where he is 24/7.
0 -
I knew that already, i'm talking about Killers like Tier ll Myers and Pigs Crouch, and especially Ghost Face who needs stealth to even be viable...
Just give Ooo to a SWF with coms and you basically lose.

If anyone needs it to not effect them, its Ghost Face... The aura shouldn't see you in Night Shade mode, it just ruins the entire point of "stealth" for him.

Devs: It's not a problem until it's a problem!

So true.

It may be due to Ghostface having more than one power, crouch stealth, lean and stalk much like the pig who has traps and stealth ambush.
The others just have one power dream world or stalk in reality.

They said they were gonna take a look at detection perks

Thats cool that you already knew it. But my response was to the guy who did NOT know it.
But well, here, have a cookie.

Thanks?

Finaly this perk is worth taking it.
0 -
They should nerf Calm Spirit. It's OP against Doctor.
0 -
They should nerf Monstrous Shrine, it's too good on LeatherFace.
0 -
Exactly. Perks shouldn't get nerfed just because they are strong in one specific situation. If a killer player uses a stealthy killer, there is only one perk that serves as a strong counter. If a killer thinks that that counter is not worth risking, choose someone else.
