Ghostface refund
where can i refund the Ghostface DLC? after playing him for a while i really want a refund. Anyone know where i can get it?

You can't refund DLC.

@GenSim12345 thats incorrect, steam will refund it if it has a very low play time (in case of accidental purchase)
However, if you played him a while, I doubt you'll get a refund.

If you've played less than two hours since you purchased him, you should be able to get a refund via Steam.

As far as I know steam doesn't refund any DLCs of a game. They can't even measure how long you played a DLC, they only keep track of the time you played the basegame.

Also to OP: that's why you should always participate in the PTB and if not possible you should wait at least one week and watch gameplay on YouTube. Now you wasted 5$ for a killer you don't like playing.

how can you test the ptb when the waiting time is half an hour with people dcing and not even playing seriously.

You can wait and don't buy him day 1; watch streams, video, etc.. It's kind of wrong to blind but something if you're not 100% sure.

I think that needs to be kind of different for video games, to be honest. It opens way too many doors for things like "Oh, I don't like the ending. Played the whole game, though. Refund."

The dlc refund policy is the same as a games, if you have under 2 hours of playtime and if you bought it within the last 14 days.

That's why you should always wait for the promotion on the DLC, since by then the killer will have been changed as much as BHVR wants.

They will probably include ghostface offerings to test him like all other licenced killers. It's always smarter to wait, rushed paying is always a huge gamble.
The best you can do now is to learn from that mistake and not doing it again.
