WGLF and BBQ&C bugged?

For the past few days when using both of these perks on their highest tier, I noticed that it stops counting after 3. This happens despite which character I choose to play as.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? I'm on PS4 btw.

The devs know about this.
IT'S ONLY A VISUAL BUG.
You WILL still get your 4th Token at the 4th Survivor's 1st hooking, same for We're Gonna Live Forever. (Except needing to hook, ofc.)
