New killer: The baby face

Appearence: The baby face is an average sized killer who wears a laced, black goodie and wears a baby face mask. The baby face also wears black sweatpants and black sneaker's.

Power: Time loop is an ability used by The baby face, Time loop is a power that can be used to counter: pallet looping, unhooking and locker hiding. If a survivor were to drop a pallet, The baby face could use time loop. Time loop is only available to use when you are in a chase, activating it will turn back the last 2 seconds of an action (like dropping a pallet) the way it works is if a palet is dropped the pallet wont break but instead become usable again. Time loop works the same way for unhooking, unhooking a survivor in a chase can be reversed with time loop. The survivor unhooked will imediatlely go back onto the hook, they won't go to hook stage 2 but instead go back to where they were at. Time loop has a cool down of 20 seconds

Perk 1: Tree's birthday wish: You strike fear into their hearts, when a generator is complete you gain a token, tokens stack up to 5. 2 tokens, you gain a 3% speed increase on all tasks e:g breaking pallets, kicking generators.

Perk 2: Hex: Doubt: after dealing a blow to a survivor in the healthy state, all other survivors make 20% more noise

Perk 3: Jumpscare: after dealing damage to a generator, all survivors get a sloway increasing fake terror radiu's which dissappear's slowly after reaching max.

Weapon: Kitchen knife (how original), the cleaning animation is The baby face wipes his knife on his hoodie sleeve and It makes the sleeve bloody afterwards.

Mori: The baby face stands behind the killer slowly walking up to them, baby face turns the survivors head around to face baby face. Baby face makes a crying motion with there hands. Baby face then pulls out a cupcake and shoves it in the survivors mouth and then slices there throat.

Thank you for reading, this is my first ever concept for a killer so there will definetly be balancing issues but those will be solved. I'd like to hear feed back for the Happy death day chapter. Once again, thank you
