New Killer [The Dullahan]

The Dullahan had a name once: Crom Dubh, or Black Crom. He was a powerful warlord in an ancient Irish Kingdom that demanded tribute and sacrifices from local villages and kingdoms, which they paid quickly as they feared what he would do if they failed to comply. Eventually, the people resisted his influence, toppling his seat of power.

Not to be cast aside so easily, Crom began to ride the moors, waylaying travellers and beheading any who didn't obey his sickening commands. Even still, the people resisted, and the many bodies attracted the attentions of higher lords who had once feared him. They sent soldiers into the moors to find him, but those that returned just spoke of the screams and wails of faces trapped beneath the earth. Eventually, the beheadings stopped, but Black Crom's body was never recovered.

ATTACKS

M1: Spine o'Nine - dullahan in legends used to carry whips made from human or animal spines

M2: Bleak Cacophony - Deafen all survivors within terror radius and trigger a visual false EGC for them, with all windows and generators appearing blocked by the Entity; these are still interactable normally in this state, and the effects last 40 seconds - must be charged for 3 seconds, and during Bleak Cacophony the killer's speed is reduced to 4.4 meters/second

PERKS

Dire Strike: Lunge attacks can drop struck pallets but stuns the KILLER, 50/40/30 second cooldown

The Inevitable Call: May teleport to every fourth/third/second generator completed. Survivors hear the ringing of a church bell at the completion of every generator, even if deafened

Afterlife's Herald: Every 15/10/5 seconds in a chase, heavy fog begins to obscure 5 meters more of every survivor's vision standing, walking, or running while in KILLER's terror radius, starting at 60 meters and ending at 5 meters. Leaving the terror radius disperses the effect by 10 meters every 3 seconds

STATS

Speed: 4.6 meters/second

Terror Radius: 32 meters

Size: Tall
