Any Reason Why The Legion Have to Preform Trials Separately?
The four of them seemed to start becoming a unit before they were taken away. They were a gang, a small team of brats who did mischief together. So why is it now that they are in the realm of the entity they don't preform trials together? Wouldn't it make sense to use the team, AS a team? And I know the obvious answer is "game-play", can't have four killers running around cause it would be OP, but in terms of lore, why keep the four separated?

Like you said, the obvious answer is gameplay, although I wish they’d tried their hand at it.
Lore wise... maybe they were too efficient as a team? I imagine 4 of them could decimate a survivor pretty quickly and that might lead to less hope for the Entity. That’s all I can I think of.
What gets me is Legion’s reveal trailer, where Frank and David’s are running together from something, presumably a Legion member. Maybe canonically the Legion do work as a team and we just don’t see it in gameplay?

@PresidentDinosaur115 holy crap i completely forgot that's what happened in the trailer. Maybe the entity let them do a few trials as a team and then after a while whenever the survivors saw one legion they knew they didn't stand a chance and just gave in. So afterwards the entity just kept them separate. I wonder if the four still get to chill out together in between trials though.

Something to note is that the Legion aren’t mutilated like some of the other killers, meaning they were willing to go along with the Entity. Obviously we don’t know quite how the Entity works but maybe it rewards them for their compliance by letting them reconvene

@PresidentDinosaur115 that would be cool to think of. The four of them meet up between trials and brag about how their last hunts went. Wonder what else they'd talk about.

Makes me imagine a "Legion Campfire" where they just sit around shooting the ######### and talking about their hunts.

I like to think the legion enter some trials together and take turns being 'the killer' as it were, like one of them removes their mask and hides with the other survivors until they let their guard down and what not.

Going to go somewhere dark a bit here.
The entity didn't have to physically entice the legion to join in his trials, but instead used emotional enticement.
What if the entity forced the legion apart and swore to only bring them together(outside of trials) if they complied with it's demands and participate in the trial.
It would be fairly effective I think.

All four Legions in a trial with stab wound study and Frank's mixtape pre-nerf.
28 stab wounds

Lol bet GF be hanging with them too then, maybe Freddy (there were a few times is swear he was on something) lol I think I now know why the low tier killers are low tier they took Claudette's botany knowledge just to chill pre trial XD

Wouldn't surprise me honestly. XD

Honestly as weird as it sounds I've always been convinced that The Entity brought in Julie Susie and Joey to actually get Frank to work for her.
As douchey as Frank tends to come off he does seem to care a lot about his friends.
It's my little head canon but I initially think Frank refuse to work for The Entity but instead of torturing him The Entity brought in people she would make Frank comply.
It's very obviously hinted towards that The Entity keeps tabs on people before taking them after the incident with the custodian it was very evident the other members of the Legion could be used as leverage.
I assume that's how The Entity keeps them working for her without having to torture them basically you guys do a good job in your trials and you will get to meet up with each other whenever you have free time

I agree with all the theory deals, Frank is a leader, and he does what he has to for his team, he may come off as some psychopath but around his friends, he has his whole heart to share and more, even outside of trials he is willing to help any one of them regardless of what it is, and Frank was not interested unless his friends could come with, maybe the Entity needs to work on them a little more.
