Grinding Perks

How come BHVR hasn't changed how killers and survivors get perks on the blood web yet? with so many perks on so many different characters, it literally takes WEEKS for me to get enough points to fully perk up a killer. Plus, over half of the perks are either useless or don't synergize with the killer. Can BHVR please either make more perks on the BW after the level cap or reduce how many times I need to re-obtain perks to fully level them so I can get decent builds going without grinding for days days for every killer?
