A perk that gives your higher chance of getting a flashlight or a toolkit we need that

So for the past few days i have been looting quite alot and i never really get what i want a flashlight.

I feel like we need a perk or perks that make it so that it increases the chances of getting a flashlight or a toolbox or maybi as an offering. Not increase ALOT but maybi just a bit.


I always gets toolkits/maps when i want a flashlight :(

    So like Quentin's Pharmacy perk. Guaranteed med-kit on the first time, but with Flashlights, Maps etc,.

    @Elik yeah pretty mutch maybi not guaranteed flashlight just increase the chances of getting one i think would be amazing or as an offering even.

    I think more chests should spawn in general, as long as they don't give Dull/Skeleton keys if you don't have a perk for that.

    I personally enjoy the randomness of looting - it makes it that much better when you finally get what you want!

    That being said, Pharmacy is still one of my favorite perks. Speed looting and a guaranteed medkit is awesome.

    @drimmalor what if they changed pharmacy to have diffrent tier like 1 gives flashlight and 1 gives medkit and the other juan gives toolkit would honestly be amazing

    @Jonathanskilz I think they want perks to have the same general functionality at all tiers. Like, you unlock Pharmacy with the expectation that it will always give a medkit no matter how much you level up - it just improves as you level.

    Giving different items changes how the perk functions completely, and since you can't choose what level you use, it may discourage people from leveling it up if they prefer one item over another.

    This is one of the Survivor perks I proposed in my Killer concept "The Dolls":

    Tools of the Trade: When supplies are low you have a keen instinct for finding the right tools for the job. While carrying a Flashlight or Toolbox item of Common/Uncommon/Rare or lower quality during a trial, the first chest you open will be a guaranteed Match or Upgraded rarity item of the same type.

    I just noticed that this perk concept is similar to what you are asking for here, so thought I'd put it in as a candidate if others are posting their own concepts.

    I hope they make this 1 day as an perk or offerings

    Maybi in the archives do something ex ammount of times and get ex ammounts of flashlights could be the same with like medkits and toolkits

    I want a "Newly Wed" perk.

    Gives you 100% change to get a Broken Key with a Wedding Ring in the first chest you loot. All Altruistic Actions towards the Obsession gain a 50/75/100% speed boost.
