Bloodpoint bonus based on playing the lower played side
We've seen this problem time and time again. too many killers or survivors playing one role either during an event or other, and theres no players to vs due to an influx in a role/extremely long lobby times right?!
my solution? code in an area based bonus for region, where if theres an influx in one side you get more xp/bloodpoints for playing the other.
Ie everyone starts with a passive 25% increase to bloodpoints if there is a level ration of players playing.
if one side has a heavy influx of players, then they lose the 25% bonus and the other side (lets say survivors) get a 50% bonus.
if it becomes way to heavy and there is a desperate need for slots to be filled, there could even be a 100% bonus given to the other side if everyones playing a certain role.
Hell you could even localise it to player, have feedback gained before entering a match and based on that determine which role would be best to play.
OR on top of this, have an auto queue into needed role function, that gives potentially extra bloodpoints but will place you into a match as whatevers required no preperation, except for the 30s to confirm ready status.

Your last option actually works really well for League of Legends.
If you hit queue as fill, you almost always get fast matches. It also keeps less wanted roles filled for the teams.
Not bad ideas tbh.

IIRC, I've seen a couple of months ago one of the mods here mention that the devs are thinking about implementing something like bonus bloodpoints for the lesser played role when dedicated servers are live.
It's a very good idea after all.
(I can't find the old thread, sorry.)
