Killer Queue Times Awful
Hey all. So for the past two days I have been trying to play killer before work so i can get some game time in since i don't get home till midnight. However, waking up at 8:00Am and going to work at 12:45pm I can only ever manage to play TWO games if I am lucky.
This is atrocious. I shouldn't have to wait an up of 2-3 hours to play like a 15 minuet match. Is this an issue on my end or are servers really this bad at the moment? I play PS4 BTW.

What is your rank? I found out that at rank 8-12 you get your game almost instantly.. but at 20 it is truly terrible.. 20 minutes or more sometimes.

Yea I sitting at rank 10 on ps4 and getting near instant matches

not true . i am now moving between 8-10 rank at killer and i wait like 15 mins or sometimes more

Another factor is blocks, if you have more players blocking you and you are blocking you won't get games with those players (including swf) so more blocks = longer wait

What is your time time and what times are you trying to play? I have a similar experience on ps4 but only during the mornings (est standard time)

I'm queue-ing up for killer games right now, also easter time, and it usually takes around 4 minutes to get a game going this afternoon (and honestly, aside from the few days after the Ghostface release where everyone wanted to play killer, that's about the average wait time for me)
I'm on PC/Steam, if that matters.

Yes, platform matters since we also do not have cross-platform yet (and might never for ps4 users) the Queue times for each will be different.

Which platform has the most people playing on? I would assume Steam, but is it one of the consoles?

I also have crazy wait times at red ranks. Sometimes I will wait 20 or so minutes for a match only to have a DC and have to wait all over again. I know matchmaking is an issue, but I'm pretty sad having to wait so long for lobbys :(
