This Mobile has Android version 9 and have 3 gb ram.

Hardware: Samsung Galaxy S7 or equivalent
The video showcasing the game was played on an iPhone XR which ran smoothly only has 3gb of ram as well so you should be good :)

99% you cant.
Samsung J7 is pure low end Exynos SoC is terrible for gaming.

3 GB on IOS /= 3 GB on Android
And Apple A12 is on pair with Snapdragon 855.
IPhone XR does not have even full hd resolution maybe that why it run smoorthly,,,
