Why did they fix play with your food
Honestly the perk in itself is very subpar and the bug that it had was actually a pretty decent quality of life for it didn't make it overpowered. It just needed a little bit more useful out of all the bugs that came with the previous update it was the only one that actually was good and not broken or annoyed go up against

When you downed your obsession it would count as the ending of a chase and give you a token back

I can say the same thing about Wake up. With Wake up no more hit wifi or bad hitboxes, it was paradise.

How the hell did Wake Up affect hitboxes? And how the hell does anything in this game affect your wifi?

Well sure you can if you are only using wake up for vaulting and not touching gens or healing
The free 15% to generators was broken and very abusable honestly it feels like you didn't really read the post.
You're comparing something that would give a clear unfair advantage to something that was a minor benefit.
Keep in mind you got a token of the downing your obsession hitting your obsession without downing them would still take away a token. Essentially you would lose to tokens but gain one back.

Constantly being able to glide across the map by chasing down your new obsession is incredibly easy; not just a minor benefit but a pretty big advantage and the free downs are very comparable to the Wake Up! bug that came with it.

Glide across the map you would lose two tokens to gain one token off a successful down.
If you think that's comparable then injuring one person with thanatophobia is completely comparable to tier 3 dying light being activated

I red the post. I was saying the same thing about PWYF. They could remove everything of 15% speed on gens,healing,totems,ecc..... but that 15% vault was amazing. I could totally see when the killer hit me FOR REAL in the window. It's incredible how the game fix the problem itself.

Wake up has a bug in the latest patch. He gave you 15% speed in everything, even vaulting. So you could vault slighlty faster and avoid all sort of bad hitboxes or wifi hit from killers.

No you can just tunnel the obsession being super fast giving little counterplay for them.

agree , but i guess who cares . they want 10 viable killer perks and about 12 survivor perks . if others were deleted nobody would notice :)

I've made a simple fix suggestion in my discord before,
stacks are only lost on hit,not the attempt , max of 6 tokens at 2.5% increase, obsession gives 2 tokens everyone else gives 1. there, no you can use it any point and get some benifit from it without having to constantly search for the obsession

It moved out of trash perks. they needed to put it back.
