Rate My Build
Posting this on my mobile, so please forgive any grammar mistakes or if this doesn't post right.
Finally have my Survivor build complete with the acquisition of my latest perk from the bloodweb. I will list the perks and why I use them, just to see what everyone thinks. I'm doing this solely because I want to.
Plunderers Instinct: With the implementation of EGC (Love it by the way, I've found my escape success rate to be about 40 50%) this perk jumped up on my list from "useful for item hunting" to "potential deciding factor in whether or not I escape". When Killers close the hatch, more often than not they than go to patrol gates, leaving the hatch free and clear. If I'm lucky and find a key, all I have to do is find the hatch. Best when last Survivor dies and the hatch is almost immediately closed.
Dance with Me: Some of it is sentimental, but my love for this perk is made true thanks to some of the clutch escapes I've had thanks to it's effects. For those who don't know, DwM makes it so that after performing a fast vault or leaving a locker in a Sprint, you don't leave scratch marks for 3 seconds. Again, it's situational, but I've been able to sneak past a lot of Killers on maps like Lery's or Temple of Purgatation thanks to it.
Calm Spirit: I hope all you Doctors are proud of yourselves, this is thanks to you. I hate the Doctor. His stupid laugh, his stupid electric powers, and the sheer fact that I cannot stealth him without this perk. While I run this to also counter the odd Spies from the Shadows (I use that perk on my Killers since so many Survivors alert the crows), it's mostly so I can at least hide from you stupid Doctors.
My last perk I switch around between Ace in the Hole, Self Care, and Adrenaline. They're all useful but situational as well.

Not gonna lie it's a weak "build" as it doesn't cover the core elements of strong survivor gameplay which is:
1) doing gens as quickly as possible
and
2) running the killer as long as possible
Your perks:
- Calm spirit: Completely useless unless it's a Doctor which is a weak killer anyways. I would never hide against him as he can't do nothing to get a quick down unless you don't know the basics of dbd.
- Dance with me: Useless without quick and quiet (and/or lithe) AND completely map dependant. Most maps allow the killer to see where you're going after your vault.
- Plunderer: Basically just a big waste of time. You could be repairing a generator but instead you're fishing for items which rarely are worth the time invested for running to the chests and opening them.

@TatsuiChiyo Okay. So:
Calm Spirit - some may see uses of it, i dont. Other than seeing the animation not play outwhile being put on the hook its meh for me
Dance With Me - Rarely works alone. You should try to have Lithe with it.
Plunderer's - Can be useful if you're looter. I would run Ace in the hole always with it tho.
Adrenaline, Self Care and Ace - Adrenaline is just great to have it as it is super strong. SC is more of a your thing (do you want to heal yourself but dont find teammates or use bond instead and find teammates heral you instead) Ace see my point above

It depends on what you want to do. If you like looting items then Ace and Plunderer's Instinct are good together. If you feel you do better with them then go ahead.
I use Dance with Me, but i use it with other perks like, Lithe, Quick and Quiet, sometimes Windows of Op. It can be used alone, but it can be stronger with other perks.
Calm Spirit is okay, situational but okay. I don't get Doctor as often only during Double Bloodpoints mostly. I use it just so i don't hear my character scream when hit, it satisfying.
Adrenaline is a top teir perk, but i don't use it, but i know it can save your life.
Self-Care is a perk depending on the person and how they play.
For you loadout i say the Calm Spirit is the off one on the list. But you know your perks are situational. Just pick what you want to play.
