When destroying pallet gain a stack of bloodlust instead of losing it.
Bloodlust now also persist outside of a chase for 15 seconds

bloodlust should absolutely not be buffed, especially not with the incoming loop changes

Bloodlust is supposed to sadly be a fix to the super strong loops on certain maps. But it also boosts bad killers that me and my friends refer to as "blood lust gamers" That just blood lust you on safe pallets for 2 minutes so no we don't need this.
