What are the requirements for Wounded Healer?

I've been running We'll Make It + Empathy + No Mither for a while now, and I've healed a lot more than 50 health states (keeping track) combined. No Mither is supposed to count as injured for all trophies, so it's not that (people on Steam also say they have gotten progress this way). So what's the problem preventing me from getting this so far? Does it need to be complete health states and not carry over between trials? Do I need to heal someone from 0% to 100% by myself? Is it glitched again like the other healing trophy and the requirements require all in one trial?

    I don't think it carries over between trials.. I've gotten it on PC.

    I ran what you did. I also used needles and septic agents. The instant heals counted and you could pull them off fast.

    I also used resilience.
