How often do you guys play nowadays?

I used to play religiously, but these past few weeks I feel like I've been playing a lot less. Could it be I've finally gotten bored after 2 years? I still love the game but, when I play I normally end up feeling frustrated and taking a break again. Now I only play like one or two matches a day and then go back to minecraft. How much do you all play?

Overwatch is super toxic and stressful, especially every season when I'm in the brink of losing top500 countless amount of times and barely get in.

NBA2K is super fun, but MYTEAM is really exhausting and boring and I often just abandon the game after 20m for the next day or longer.

DBD is currently religion for me, I play it too often. It's the religion I practice x3

I stopped playing since the Legion patch, still waiting for a rework or undone of the rework ... :)

But before I had play 2-6 matches/day. Depending on how many fun and time I had.

Now I playing Stellaris again and Watch Dogs 1 (it makes fun to shoot on open street at the bad guys and then getting chased by the police :)) and also Skyrim, or Fallout 4. Depending for what I am in the mood.

Also Cyberpunk 2077 is already pre ordered and I can't wait for finaly diving into Night City^^.

6h sessions on Friday nights, that’s about it. It helps with actually enjoying it a little more, I used to play every day and whenever I had time off but I just don’t really want to do that anymore. Events are what really make me play more often, also thinking I need to dedicate some time to solely playing killer for a while, there’s so many builds I want to try but grinding them all out on all the killers it just puts me off a bit...

    I play almost every day.

What's tiring for me are the long queue times. If I would get matches faster, I would play more.

I average around 6 hours per day assuming everyday is a free one. However, if we include life stuff such as college, school, vacation, and etc... We're looking at an average of 2 hours per day.

I don't play much at all. I was really hyped for the battle pass/stuff tied to it but having it delayed until the next chapter has left me disappointed and starved for content. They really really messed up by just having Ghost Face and Freddy rework during the summer and nothing else. The anniversary event was nothing special and I didn't even bother to play any games during it. Having just a killer and no survivor or map makes the gameplay just as stale/similar as it was before. Just slightly more interesting for a week or two. When the next chapter does launch, it will be around the same time as Borderlands 3 and a lot of other major game releases. I won't be touching any other game for a good while once Borderlands 3 drops. I feel like it's a major mistake to not have pushed out the archives/battle pass for a summer release. Far fewer people will be interested during September through December because of all the major game releases coming out then. I want to be hyped about this game, but they aren't giving me anything to be hyped about.

Not too often. I still primary play Overwatch with the wife, just putzing around in Mystery Heroes, Quick Play, and some custom workshop games.

When I do play DBD, it's just casual play to run around as Myers, Freddy, or Leatherface, the horror icons I grew-up on as a kid in the 80s (born in '72). And if I don't feel like a PvP format, then I just fire-up Friday the 13th and play offline mode against hard bots and run around as Jason.

I won't take DBD seriously, and don't rank-up. Especially with monthly reset always dropping me back down to somewhere in the gray ranks. So, I just farm BP and mess around in here.

I used to play quite a lot, now I mainly play 1-2 weeks after each rank reset down to rank 10 and then I go on a break again. Been at rank 1 before and the amount of not-fun you experience there have murdered much of my fun with the game.

Rarely play at this point. Been having fun with Don't Starve Together and Overcooked 2. Less likely to play once WoW Classic comes out.

If I have no plans, I play Killer on the weekends. Otherwise, I play with friends that want to play on weekdays.

So maybe 3-4 days a week? Still a lot, I guess.

Sometimes I hope on to wreak havoc with Nurse real quick for a game or 2 when I am tired of relying on dumb teammates in other games

Turns out I do a lot better when I am not having to rely on people.

Other than that, nothing compels me to keep playing more than a couple matches, which has always been the issue here tbh

I used to play most of my free time up until last weekend, but one exploit became public knownledge so its pretty annoying to play killer atm and I really like to switch between survivor and killer.

I used to play this every day. Woke up, got ready and played for god knows how long, but nowadays... nope.

The Solo Survivor experience is so painful to a point where I just don't want to play anymore. I don't go SWF because all of my friends quit the game. There are times where I go SWF with an unnamed streamer and their friends and we have fun, but it's not as often.

But, it's not just about SoloQ. It's about Red Ranks in general aswell and the insane toxicity. (being an ######### and bringing toxic and unfun perks / addons)

I play it when I have nothing better to do.

Game actually got better for killers. Not because of anything devs done, mind you.

It has gotten better because the best survivors that actually wanted this game to be better already gate up and left. Behaviour clearly don't give a flying ######### about players since they can pump out cosmetics for money anyway.

Even in red ranks I keep getting potatoes to play with. Even if they are SWF and bound to bully the killer I just use powerful ######### like insta down hatchets of any of three good trapper addons or capitalize ultra altruistic plays.

Playing every day, rotating survivor / killer and killer most time in rotation too.

At least once or twice a week KYF for training purposes, or as 'sherpa' for new survivors or killer

I hear ya. I used to play this game allot, now most just a few matches a day. I'm on these forums more than I play the game.

Killer queue time for me isn't enjoyable when they used to be instant for me, before the new Match Making was put in.

Survivor is still fun, but feels like I get no where with the grind so I don't take it serious anymore.

The bloodpoint grind in this game is a huge turn off. It is giving me the feeling of World of Warcraft now, and better to cut my loses and stop playing.

They are putting in two more grinds now, the battle pass and the story one. They are overlay them on top of the bloodpoint grind, I think in the hopes people won't noticed how horrible it is.

    Spirit, Feng, Ruin, DS

Long ago I played both sides of this game daily in harmony, but then everything changed when the DC Nation attacked! Only the Dev's, masters of the Ban Waves could stop them, but when DbD needed a Ban Wave most, it vanished. A hundred years passed and my brother and I discovered the news of a new DC punishment system, a special group called the Disciplinary Committee, and although they're coming with the Dedicated Servers, they'll have a lot to learn before before they're ready to save anyone. But I believe the Disciplinary Committee can save DbD!

All joking aside, Until then I don't play more than maybe once a week (if at all). The DC Epidemic Killed this game for me harder than any bugs, other toxic behavior, or imbalances ever could. It's just not fun when so many people won't play the game as its intended, and ruin the experience for everyone who loves playing by being petty, unsportsmanlike, over-entitled brats who can't take a loss in stride and learn from it.

I don't play nearly as much as I use to (about twice a week), because the queue lines are ridiculous. Truth be told, that's really the game breaker that may actually force me to quit.

Considering CTR Nitro Fueled and Apex Legends Season 2 came out not long ago, DbD is FAR down on my list in terms of games I want to play.

I prefer games that actually add meaningful content to the game and fix bugs that have been prevalent for a while.

Yknow, games made by a dev team that actually cares.

I stopped playing a week into the ghostface dlc. That update felt really stale. I’ll probably come back when the mid chapter patch drops.
