Bill's Perks will be unlocked for all who already have the perks unlocked on previous bloodwebs. (What is unknown is if you Prestige will you have to Level up Bill to get the Perks again..?)


What is Currently unknown:


There are 2 Shirts that are unlocked on PC. 1 If you own L4D on PC and another one if you Follow the L4D group on PC.

    Omg, I feel so stupid. I never even realized that those cosmetics resembled other characters from L4D till now.

    I'm also curious if Bill himself will get any new cosmetic options. If they reworked the license to get Bill to consoles, I hope they can rework it to get him new cosmetics.

    If the left 4 dead logo shirts do come out, they’ll probably not be unlockables because Xbox is the only console that you can own Left 4 Dead on. So getting the shirts for owning the game would be impossible for PlayStation & Nintendo Players.
