PS4 - Buying Clown with Shards

I know for NA we won't get the auric cells or DLC until the 9th, but we can buy things with shards. Are you able to purchase the Clown now for 9000?? It shows him and his price tag... So I'm very curious. Hoping to run into a clown unexpectedly before the official release.

    Is the dlc purchassable on the shop yet?
    If the answer is no I recommand you to wait because it might be buggy and not give you the clown and take away your shard instead.
