New Tinkerer Funtionality

I had a question on the functionality of the new Tinkerer perk. For the activation of it would there be a cooldown or would the effect stacks? for example if multiple generators would hit that 90% mark in sequence would only first effect of the decreased TR count until a supposed cool down or would the effect last until 4/6/8 seconds after the final gen in the sequence hit the 90%?

    Jeff actually got the answer for me yesterday. The TR effect will stack as consecutive 90% are hit.
