New Ultra Rare Addon for Huntress

Instead of having just one Ultra Rare (Irridecent Head) Why not make a second that ties to her lullaby.
UR Addon - After downing a survivor with a hatchet, the Lullaby radius is reduced by 100% for 20s.
I was just thinking that the devs used to talk about giving all the Killers an equal amount of addons and this could be her second UR. Not 100% viable in alot of situations, but not all addons are.

Cool idea.
I'd have it be like 30 seconds because you're potentially going to be spending up to 14 seconds hooking the survivor.
