Getting my teachable perk to appear
I've been on lv 50 for days grinding for BP and NOT prestiging and NOT buying unwanted perks, trying to save BP by buying the cheapest items as I assumed this was the best strategy for getting the perk I want to appear.
Would it be more bp efficient to prestige or not? And is buying the cheapest items first the way to go? The entity always screws me over and forces me to buy expensive and/or unwanted items (like playing as a killer I already own).

If you prestige you'll have a better chance of getting the rarer items, add ons and offering. If I were you, prestige your characters when you've got high enough bloodpoints

If I prestige I'll have to buy all these unwanted perks again wouldn't I?
That's the only reason I haven't prestiged yet.

I don't think so. When I prestiged I got perks I use a lot pretty quick

Yeah, the bloodweb system is terrible, and prestige tossing your perks is injury to insult.
You'll absolutely have to rebuy a ton of garbage after prestige. Make sure you use all of the addons and offerings you have before you do it, too.
