Feral Frenzy bug? or intended?

I'm not sure if this was intended, but the killer told me after the game that Blinding a killer cancels feral frenzy, Instantly with no downtime, allowing him to essentially kick my butt in a horrible way.

    Cool. I don't mind blinds anyway, a lot of survivors are so loud anyway that I can keep on chasing them regardless
