The Low Rank Killer Build
I can promise you that any killer rank 12 and below are using the following perks and correct me if im wrong very unlikely seeing how I played all day yesterday getting back from rank 10 reset to 6 seen the same perks the entire day with the same killer type (not player). The spirit, hex ruin, NOED, barbeque and chili, with the final perk being switched for lullaby, sloppy butcher, franklin demise. right or wrong?

Somebody has to make a video doing something like this on Plague with Iridescent Seal. The "Don't do gens build". Swap Unrelenting with Rancor or Tinkerer and you have it.

You make it sound like you don't see Ruin, BBQ, Sloppy and NOED at high ranks. Also what's wrong with going for any of the perks you mentioned?
