How does M&A + Distressing work?

Recently got into the Doc, and I figure the larger terror radius is desired. Now, Distressing increases the base radius, right? How is M&A counted when it subtracts radius outside a chase? Does it apply before Distressing, or after?

    I believe it applies before. And distressing as it's a percentage increase acts as a multiplier afterwards? Though I could possibly be wrong

    M&A would have to be applied after all other modifiers; otherwise, it would not be +/- 8m.

    Typically as Doc, the increased TR is really only beneficial while OUTSIDE of a chase, therefore M&A is really doing you a disservice. You dont want to stay in your treatment mode while inside of a chase for longer than necessary due to the slower movement speed.
