The most forgotten character: Quentin
I mean yeah Jeff vs. Quentin are pretty close in unpopularity but Quentin has been in the game for much longer, and he still lacks more cosmetics. Since the Jaw series for DBD just got some love, and Nightmare on Elm Streets infamous killer just got a rework, can we give Quentins perks a buff or give him some sweet new 2 set cosmetics? @Peanits

For real. How do you choose Quentin to be your representative character from Nightmare on Elm Street instead of Nancy, the main protagonist? It would be like having Lynda instead of Laurie for Halloween, or something.

As a Quentin main, I would drop money for Quentin cosmetics instantly. There are some limitations to this however, since they would probably need to come up with completely original cosmetics. We already have his two main outfits from the movie. Even though I would love his swimsuit 🤤, its not happening.

They said it was because they only got the rights to the remake and the Nancy in that wasn't memorable. But neither was Quentin. I'm guessing it was just cheaper to get his character tbh

As a console player (and it might just be me) I haven't seen a SINGLE Bill. imo it def goes to him. 100%.

Ash and Pig where all aquired after the dev started to decide to implement the cosmetic store, being able to give them custome skin to their liking was very likely part of deal they passed deal they didn't pass with the other licensed character either because they didn't think about it or it would have been too expensive
As for ghost face the character isn't copyrighted only his mask meaning they normaly can do any thing they want with him

@Dragonredking no, the Pig was definitely added BEFORE the store.
The store was added for the 2nd year anniversary, in it included Kate/Clown's DLC, and the store. Pig and David were added BEFORE the store was added.
Even if the devs knew they wanted to make the store, and asked for rights to give Pig/Tapp 2 new costumes for each of them, why did it take an entire year for them to put them in?

Ive actually been considering lvling Quentin lately so I cn get Pharmacy and farm Medkits. Being able to just bring a medkit every game instead of worrying about hunting down a teammate or bringing selfcare...is nice. Been doing it for the past week now but I also fear Ill kill off my hoard of medkits I stashed away.

I'm honestly glad that we got Quentin. It would have been amazing to have Nancy Thompson in the game, but since BHVR got the license to the reboot version we would have been stuck with bland Nancy Holbrook if they tried to get her license. Of all the reboot characters, I feel Quentin is the only one who's an improvement on their counterpart since Glen was pretty useless in the original. Quentin won't fall asleep on you when you most need him to stay awake. Twice.

You do realise that when they decided they where going to implement a cosmetic store and when they implemented it wasn't at the same time right?
Why one year before release?
Maybe they didn't have idea for cosmetic
Maybe the license owner where disagreeing with the consept that where pushed by behavior
Or maybe they had to argue with the license owner for a year to manage to release a SINGLE cosmetic set
So yeah...
Seem rather pointless to hope for licensed cosmetic
especially for character that aren't played

I see more Quentin than I do Detective Tapp. No body probably wants to bother playing him because he has the worst survivor perks. I just bought and didn’t get Quentin for that reason.

Because BHVR couldn't get Nancy Thompson or the real Freddy.
Given they had a choice between Quentin, Nancy Holbrook, and whoever it was that filled Tina's role I'm glad they went with Quentin.
He's the only interesting and fleshed out character in the movie, he takes multiple hits from Freddy and survives, and he's much more representative of a tenacious Survivor than Nancy Holbrook was.

Yeah, too bad they could only get the rights of the remake. Better that than no Freddy. I like to lie to myself thinking that the art department at BHVR did a terribly bad job rendering Robert Englund's face :-P (No offence to the art department at BHVR, you people are amazing!)
