It came to the entity hungry since it’s defeat on earth. To a place controlled by another such a it’s self. So in this new dark place it hunts but is not captive for it is more powerful then the maker of this game of fear...
Pennywise has three perks
carnival- this perk causes gens to rupture and explode setting back progress 10/18/30%
Candy- this perk causes pallets to spawn or despawn at random making safe spaces unpredictable
last hope- injured and running survivors give off a smell of fear making them easier to track.
Power-Pennywise causes survivors to become deathly afraid and it can increase its power eventually resulting in insta downs or random afflictions
