Dark Devotion needs fixing
The perk is not counting "special basic attacks" like Nurse's blink attack or Pig's ambush attack. It's inconsistent since both of this attacks are being counted for Sloppy Butcher, Save the best for last and Mettle of Man pre-nerf.
Please, this perks is already niche as it is... don't limit it on Killers that barely have potential to use it.

There aren't any differences. This perk should be looked at

The difference is the length of the cooldown, which is missing in the perk description for some reason.

Interesting perks, but they will be trash with the wrong numbers.
What can I do as killer in 20 seconds?

Before buffs, it needs to work first. It's no point carrying it on the killers I use if I cannot apply it in the first place.
