Region/Ping locking

When servers are truly "implemented" i really hope the devs either decide to region lock the game or ping limit who you connect to.
I really wish every single game at the time i played (2pm-4am cst) didnt have green ping or 100 yellow in lobby, but nearly 300 to 400 in game. How is it fair as a survivor to be forced to play out games with immense ping like this? Why are killer players who host lobbies like this not disconnected mid match, it makes the game unplayable for all 5 people.

No game I know of has hard region lock. I doubt DbD would be the first.
