I would post a picture of what I want but doing a Google search for anything "demon girl" brings up a lot of sexual images. I don't want sexual, I want scary. Her face needs to be horrific and terrifying. Maybe similar to traditional Japanese demons (Oni). Not sure how to cover her lady parts without making it seem sexual, but you guys can figure it out. No flowing robes or gowns. I'm not putting on a fashion show. I want survivors to need their brown pants.

Frankly I'm surprised it hasn't been done yet, an Oni costume for her is perfect. I mean they got the classic school girl and then this should have been next, Feng Min is getting a ''Demon Hunter'' outfit and it would go great with a Demon Spirit <3

Perhaps a samurai outfit with the oni mask from her map with either a sword with fiery effect or a pitchfork like you said

You don't have to have Black eyes, you could have glowing red ones with black eyeliner. That might be more visually striking.

I hate Spirit, but I wouldn't mind this being an outfit for her, I love Japanese themes.
