FPS Drops (Again)

I keep having fps drops at random times in matches is becoming kind of annoying and is making the game unplayable for me. My PC supposedly runs DBD perfect but idk why this happens.

I can run any other game on my pc like GTA5. Sims 4 etc.

I just want to know if the game is the problem or is my pc. At this point I can't even play the game without these drops. 😔

    What Hardware do you have and what is happening ingame, when you experience FPS issues?
