Current situation
The game has become unplayable, since surv is possible to play only in premade because if you play alone you get random obscene even if they are high rank.
The dead hard is buggy and works 1 time out of 10, you roll the pallets, you pick up the killer but it takes you the same, most of the killers you meet even if you have a green ping.
For these reasons, many play only killers and consequently you can't make a killer game.
The developers release a collection of skins a week but they never solve these problems.

Fixing bugs and glitches ain't worth putting too much time on as it doesn't generate revenue. That's why you see their content team pumping out cosmetics and them releasing a new killer occasionally instead.
That's just how it is, sadly. Doesn't help that their code seems to be made with spaghetti.
