Now im in 50 level but i can just open one teacable cuz other perks not come for why ?

    Teachables appear in the bw at level 30, 35 and 40.  
      
    If you dont get them then, then i dont know. They might be put in the pool of perks to choose from and you will have to get them randomly.  
      
    Select the nurse and press f1 to confirm if you have the teachables or not.
