Why is there a random "jumpscare" in the official ost on Spotify?

More specifically, the 2018 Hallowed Blight soundtrack piece; Shadoween. Track number 35
The song is fine until near the end of it where around 1:27 in the song there's just a seemingly random loud something. (Couldn't really figure out if it's a YEARGH or a MEOW so idk)
Seems very out of place when compared to it's YT variant, but then again that might just be a in-game recording of it.
