Little fan made build. Useless, but cool idea imo
Name: Andrés "Berlin" de Fonollosa Gonzalves
Background: Andres has always had a life of crime. So when The Professor came to him with the offering of a lifetime, the chance at 2.4 billion Euros, he had to take it. Unbeknownst to him, this heist would be his last. After eleven days of being locked in the Spanish mint with seven other heist members and 67 hostages, he died to save his friends. But this would not be his end. Instead, he awakes in a brutal hell hole where he's forced to murder for someone else's pleasure. But he didn't care. All this was to him was another grand heist.
Power: Subdue
Your intense presence and commanding nature forces the survivors to bend to your will. Activate your power to force your will onto another survivor. Survivors under your command will sabatoge the next generator they touch for the duration they work on it. The aura of sabatoged generators being worked on will glow yellow, and will repair 50% slower.
Perks:
Bella ciao: Only the beautiful deserve to live. You become obsessed with one survivor. As long as that survivor is alive, you get a (3/4/5)% speed boost when in a chase with a non obsession survivor

Obey: You make sure no one disobeys your orders. After all, you do know best. Survivors are only allowed one attempt to escape from the hook. Failing results in (3/4/5)% more penalty in time

The power sounds horrifically weak and unfun
Bella Ciao is insane, it's permanent Bloodlust 1 that doesn't get lost when you break pallets or get stunned
Second perk can't have perk levels, also horribly weak, would never be used and because of the design you can never buff it so it will always be useless
Obey is also too weak, unhook perks were never relevant and this certainly doesn't help

Like I said in the title. This whole thing is useless. It's based on a Netflix original show that I'm a big fan of. It's not a suggestion, just an idea or an artwork.
