When the devs said they will expand the lore with cutscenes they really mean cutscenes?

You know, just like the intro when you start the launcher and the logos come up and then the CGI with Claudette and Jake.I really hope they don't get lazy and put some crappy animated imagery to disappoint all of us....

yes, they are going to be releasing “the archives”, which will assign us different tasks in order to discover new cinematics which will expand the lore of certain characters and the realm of the entity.

I certainly hope so. It would be such a disappointment, and mistake, to hype up such a cool new, long overdue feature, and not deliver in full.

Now watching the year 4 video i really feel like they will put those animated imagery and not CGI that i hoped for....But even if they do it like this, i don't really care.I am not for some CGIs after all.The most i want from the archives is a good, well structured and interesting lore.

I hope so, since the cutscenes they've made before are all gorgeous, and it shows they have talent hidden away that they don't use for most things.

As aleady stated by Walker, I believe they're going to be more like the hallowed blight cinematics then actual full blown cutscenes like the intro.
