Killers and Survivors on Nintendo Switch

The Nintendo eShop description says that there will be respectively 9 and 10 killers and survivors already purchased. On the killer side, except the 5 free killers on pc (Trapper, Wraith, Hillbilly, Nurse and Huntress), who are the four other killers? While on the survivor side, who is going to be a free to play, excepting the Dwight, Meg, Claud, Jake, Nea and David?

I never played DbD on console but I'm looking forward to purchase it on Nintendo Switch and would be cool to know for which characters I'm paying for.
