Summer Sale: Issue or Intentional?
I've noticed that with the summer sale, the outfits may be on sale, but the individual pieces of the outfit are not on sale.
For example, Adam's freshman outfit is on sale for 300AC (down from 1200AC). But, the shirt alone is 400AC. This means the entire outfit is cheaper than just a component of it.
I dont know if this was intentional or not, but shouldn't the individual components of the outfit also receive whatever percentage sale (75%, 50%, 35%, 20%, etc) the entire outfit is receiving?
It just doesnt make sense for the entire outfit to be on sale, yet the individual components of the outfit aren't on sale.
Here's to hoping this was a mistake and not intentional.

Unfortunately it was not a mistake. It’s arranged that way to force you to buy the whole outfit. For example the plague doctor outfit, I only want the head. But I can’t have it unless I spend 780 cells to get the whole outfit, and the devs know that. I bought a pack of 1,100 cells (first time ever buying cells) and picked up the Adam outfit, hillbilly ranger outfit and circus trapper outfit. They were each 300 and now I have 200 leftover which I think I’ll buy another 1,100 pack in the future and buy a Michael Myers outfit. If they make one it’ll probably be the same as pig and cost 1188

Thanks for the answer. That's unfortunate because I don't necessarily want every piece of the killer/survivor outfits. But ah well. It's a business move.

i picked up 3 of the 75% off items, for 300 cells a piece. I think 1080 for an outfit is ridiculous on any game, unless it’s something limited and super well designed. I get your frustration, but people are paying the 1080 cells an outfit price as of now and the devs don’t see much reason to change it. Even tho I can say with certainty if outfits were 600 cells they would sell way more units
