Had a few killers do this for the past week. Can devs even tell the difference between horrific wifi or actual cheating? :/

    yes it is bannable if it's clearly them lagswitching and not ######### internet, it's hard for the devs to tell so the best thing to do is to take a video of it that shows the profile and stuff in the video and after reporting them in game create a support ticket for the reason "additional report information" and upload the video to youtube and link the video of them lag switching on the request.
