Good Pig Build?

I’ve been having the hardest time to find a build for Pig that I’m satisfied with.

This is the one I’m using right now, and please let me know if I can improve it in any way. :)

Sloppy Butcher, Nurse's Calling, Hex: Ruin, and BBQ

Discordance, Surveillance, Huntress Lullaby, and Overcharge

Basically my philosophy is that Pig has a built in 2nd Objective with her traps so adding more Objectives like Totems, healing, and Gen progression it really divides their focus.

A really fun build is using Amanda's Secret on Lery's using Discordance, Surveillance, BBQ, and Ruin, lots of Gen grabs because of the walls obstructing their vision.

Your resident Pig main is here to save the day!

Right, first things first, add-ons I find there are only two good add-on combonations that will effect your preformance or results; those are:

Combat Straps and Last Will, my personal standard add-ons, the CS let you navigate slightly quicker if you're using crouch alot, which I highly reccomend when coming up to a generator so you're not slowed while getting there but also have a potential gen grab. The Last Will lets you keep up pressure by giving you an extra RBT which lets you be more generous with them and also wastes more time for a survivor.

The other add-on combonation is Tampered Timer and Crate of Gears, these two are to apply more pressure on survivors through time management, I would only reccomend this combo however if you are confident that you can easily patrol the boxes to waste their time, or either you're not running Ruin, potentially both, it's up to you really.

Alas, the moment you've been waiting for, the perk builds.

I'll start off with my personal go-to build: Thana', Ruin, Knock Down and Surveillence. General premise, slow the game down while also keeping your ability to quickly traverse the map. Ruin is self explanitory, however Knock Down and Thana' synergise really well with each other as KD will keep people on the floor for longer meaning you get more out of Thana' and if you choose to hook if you feel you have time KD stops flashlights or bodyblocks from easily finding where you are and if you picked them up in the first place. Surveillence helps to vers. gen jockeys and those who dont move from gens, and it also provides you with locations for when you are finished in a chase as you can instantly turn your attention to the gen because of KD. So that's my go-to and it works really well, even in red ranks.

Next build is a build that can be used on any killer which is: Surveillence, NOED, Nurses and Ruin; really self explanitory, only with this build I reccomend using the Rusty Attachments and/or Slow Release Toxin add-ons.

Third is a fun build I find, it goes as follows: Devour Hope, BBQ, MYC and either KD or Monitor. Basically, using any perks that help you to make use of DH and to aid with getting stacks and easy downs. No changes are really needed for add-ons either.

The final build I'll go over is a simple fen protector, it works pretty well on pig, since RBTs are another way of wasting time aside from long ass gen times, the build is as such: Ruin, Pop, Surveillence and Overcharge, you could run Crate of Gears and Bag of Gears for this build just to pro-long the time survivors are in RBTs.

and that just about wraps up some of my personal builds for Piggy, and I hope it helps you or anybody else who reads :)

End game: blood warden, stbtl, spirit fury, fire up

Gen protector: surveillance, discordance, thrilling tremors, PGTW (really really strong build in PS4 purple ranks I never play enough to get red)

Classic Pig: surveillance, make your choice, hangman’s trick, whispers/sloppy butcher (if you don’t have many perks)

Survivor Finder: BBQ, nurses, I’m all ears, discordance

One Shot Pig: make your choice, rancor, haunted grounds, devour hope.

Scary M1: stbfl, dark devotion, spirit fury, bamboozle

Hope you like one of these! She has a lot of flexibility don’t be afraid to try things!

Not a Pig main but these are the perks that I was thinking would work good with her:

Ruin and BBQ for your first two perks, you can't go wrong with them.

You could use Whispers to help you know exactly when to crouch.

PGTW is always a good perk for gen pressure.

You can bring Nurse's to sneak up on healing Survivors (works really well with Whispers or M&A).

Enduring+Spirit Fury is always a good combo on M1 Killers.

I found Pig to be the most flexible killer regarding perks, since she dips into so many areas, most things will synergize somehow. That said, my build is almost the same as yours, except i use Enduring instead of Ruin.

Psychoscorpionz used to use Whispers and M&A before the pig changes. Not sure if he still does, but that focused on her stealth aspect and losing the least time possible while crouched.
