How many seconds does it take to heal when you have the Mangled status effect (with Tier 3 Self Care)?
And how many seconds does it take to heal normally (with Tier 3 Self Care)?

Self-Care takes 16 seconds to heal, I think Mangled makes it 20.

40 seconds with Mangled and Self-Care.
32 seconds with Self-Care.

Heal = 16 seconds
Self Care = 32 seconds
Heal with Mangled = 20 seconds
Self Care with Mangled = 40 seconds
