So I sent an email to EAC
In that email I was told that you can`t get banned for uncapping fps or turning off v sync unless the developers themselves don`t want us doing it.So from what I understand you should not be banned(still do it at your own risk tho) for doing something in the files that doesn`t imply using a third party program since the developers told us that only EAC can ban us for it.What do you think?

EAC will give you a generic email back saying "Our only concern is the use of third party programs, please contact the developers about this".
It's the same response they gave to people changing perks/ui stuff.

People have been changing their settings with config & their perks for years, I would like you said, change at your own risk but as long as it's only FPS & Vsync I don'tr see the issue.
I have vsync off because my monitor is gsync.

I was thinking that maybe after the dedicated servers are going to be live it will be more risky to change those things like vsync and fps uncap
