Proof that % are cumulative
So if a gen requires 80 charges, and we repair at a speed of 1charge/second, it's like the formula of the physic uniform straight movement : X = X(0)+ V*t.
X(0) =0 , and if we divide 80 by 1, the result is 80 seconds. However, if we increase the speed by 25% it becomes 1,25 c/s ( purple toolbox), and if we divide 80 by 1,25 the theory respects the reality , so 64 seconds
The proof that the total speed is the summation of all the add-ons percentages stays in this video: https://youtu.be/UxhV7E06PhU
This represents the max speed add ons
So if we sum 1+his 25%, +his 15% + his 10%, the result is always 1,58125, doesn't matter in which order we do it, and if we do 80/1,58125, the result is 50,59, not 53,... This because we and to sum all the percentage BASES and then do 1+(total sum of the percentage BASES)%. If we do that, the result is 1,5, and 80/1,5 is 53,33 seconds. Which is the MAXIMUM SPEED REACHABLE WITH A TOOLBOX.
So that's how you calculate the speed percentages without errors

By the way I think that only 53 seconds for a gen is pretty broken, not counting that great skill checks provide even 6-8 seconds less for each gen

I believe the pure minimum speed, adding all possible perks & all 4 people on 1 gen, is around 20 seconds?

In that case I really wouldn't know how to calculate that. Maybe tomorrow I will do the maximum speed with the engineers' toolbox + brand new part + socket swivels
