It's definitely more balanced than it's ever been, so I'd say 2.5

Depends on whether the survivors are swf or if the killer is desperate and sweaty for 4k. Can't summarize it because of all the individual variables which drive the advantage one way or the other.

Goes without saying that if you're playing against an experienced killer who's using all 4 perks and purple add-ons you're going to lose 3 times out of 4. If you're playing swf tho, and the killer doesn't have great perks/add-ons, you'll have a greater advantage on the killer and you'll most likely come out with 4 surviving out of 4 or 3 out of 4, in case the killer is really good or uses "tactics" like tunneling or camping.
So it's really about how balanced add-ons and offerings are. A killer with red mori and purple add-ons will most likely beat the ######### out of you.
Some killers will also have more challenge getting a 4 out of 4 based on the map. So IMO, killers with good perks and add-ons will have a higher chance of winning, while killers with mediocre perks but playing against swf will 99% of the time get gen rushed.
You can be as much skilled as you want while playing killer, but unless you're good at the nurse/spirit, or you play every game with OP add-ons or mori, you'll have a hard time coming out with 4 survivors killed out of 4 (I'm talking about high ranks ofc).

2, only because both sides have perks the other side doesn't like. But neither side seems to realize how "toxic" (as people tend to say) their perks also are.
And in the end its a 4v1. Solo or SWF, just learn to grow a backbone and learn how the others work to be able to work with them.

It depends on the killer, sometimes it's a 2 and sometimes it's a 4. Certain killers need buffs while others need nerfs.

It's actually fairly balanced these days for me. 2.5
Killers are SUPPOSED to be the dominant force in this game. Survivors are meant to struggle a bit considering they have no way to "down" the killer. The pace of the game should always be dictated by the killer as they're the reason for the struggle in the first place. Without them, there's no game beyond "click a button at the right time".
As the devs have said, 2k 2s is the balance. If a killer struggles too much, why play them? Same for survivors.

I’ll say 3. I subscribe to the devs belief of 2K being balanced. I have reason to believe this is the case now across even red ranks since EGC was added, definitely above in ranks below. Yes individual games can be titled to one side, but all in all I think things work out to being balanced.
