New Ultra-Rare Add-ons to harmonize killers

The devs have stated they want to make sure the killers are consistent with the add-on number and types. Which means we will be needing some ultra-rare add-ons for some long-running killers. I thought I'd come up with some suggestions:

Doctor

The Phantasmagoria Protocol:

An experimental treatment developed within the fog. A constant low-level stimuli leaves the patients unable to properly distinguish reality and fantasy. The Doctor deliberately blurs the lines between the two to keep the patient off balance.

  • Shock Therapy Attack disabled.
  • Static Field provides the equivalent of one shock therapy attack at each tier up (for stacking with Iridiscent King, and provides a little bump of extra progress)
  • In Treatment mode, the Doctor can teleport to an active Doctor hallucination in his terror radius. Add-ons that affect shock-range now increase teleportation range. A successful teleport kicks him out of Treatment mode.

Reasoning: I like add-ons that change the mechanics a little. Having no shock therapy attack but a teleport that makes hallucinations a little bit more scary (even when you're not sure if they're using this add-on) does that. Terror radius might need to be defined as 'default terror radius' of 32m to allow shock-range add-ons to affect it.

Nurse

Mute Scream:

The death-scream of a patient with mutism, collected instead of a final breath, it imbues the Nurse with silent power.

The nurse's terror radius disappears from the moment of a blink until the end of fatigue.

The blink's scream noise is tremendously reduced.

Charge sound remains unchanged.

Reasoning: Nurse is already so powerful at high ranks it's hard to give her ultra-rare addons without making it worse. However, making it hard to tell where she is and when she's blinking could bring some additional terror. If you're already in a chase with her, you'll likely not be too inconvenienced (you're close enough to hear both the charge sounds and the blink scream even if the lack of terror radius throws you), but when you think you're safe, that's when she can blink in and suddenly get the drop on you.

Crotus Patient Chart:

A chart that harkens back to older days of the Nurse doing her rounds, walking the halls, climbing up and down the stairs, and knowing everything about the patients.

This add-on essentially reverts the nurse to the old version where she couldn't easily teleport up and down or aim up and down to cancel a fully charged blink, however, it includes an auto-aim that faces you in the direction of a survivor in near enough range for a hit.

Reasoning: I don't think it's supremely powerful, it might even be a nerf overall, at least on some maps, but I can see some players preferring it and liking the playstyle better.

Hillbilly & Leatherface

Cursed Throttle:

The chainsaw is imbued with a restless spirit that calls out for blood, draining some of the vitality of those it hits... unfortunately, it doesn't doesn't start reliably.

After being hit with the chainsaw, the survivor cannot run for more than 30 seconds at a time before needing 30 seconds of rest, until fully healed (for those who cannot be fully healed, they cannot run at all for 1 minute after recovery from the downed state or a hook). Chainsaw can no longer be charged 10 seconds after hooking any survivor and remains deactivated until 10 seconds after the last survivor is off the hook.

Reasoning: The restriction on chainsaw while hooked helps limit using the ability to tunnel. Because you can not charge back to the hook from a distance the moment someone is unhooked (for Billy) or chainsaw multiple people immediately after the unhook (for LF) ideally you'll go find someone else to M1. You're allowed to use the chainsaw just after hooking in order to encourage going away.

You might camp anyway, but you could do that regardless.

Hillbilly Only

Iridescent Chain:

The chain, made from the fog itself, is strong enough to cut through the bonds of reality itself.

The chainsaw can only hurt a survivor in the first three seconds and for two seconds after the sprint is cancelled (movement will continue for those two seconds). In between this time, the sprint can travel through certain solid obstructions. Those obstructions that the chainsaw cannot breach (including the exit walls, gates, generators stun the killer for twice the usual time.

or

Iridescent Chain:

The teeth of this chain are made from the fog itself, and crave blood so much that they propel the killer forward through weak obstructions and small gaps.

During a chainsaw sprint, the Hillbilly passes through vaults and dropped pallets instantly without stopping the sprint. Dropped pallets are destroyed in this manner and vaults are blocked by the entity for 30 seconds in the killer's wake. Chests and totems are also ignored for collision purposes.

Reasoning: I think the second is more doable, making the killer potentially far more deadly in chases, but because vaults are so thin it's easy to not hit dead-on and so miss the benefit. Nice trade-off between skill-required and benefit.

Leatherface Only:

Birthday Chili:

A special chili prepared by his family only on special occasions, this concoction brings back rare fond memories and gives the Cannibal confidence.

Renders the Cannibal nearly immune to pallet stuns while the weapon is charging. A dropped pallet that would stun is instead destroyed in 0.5 seconds, reducing the charge bar by 10%.

Reasoning: Pallet looping is one of LF's weaknesses, so an add-on that makes him bold with pallet stuns seems like it'd be a great benefit without being too OP.

Huntress

Hunter's Sight Mask:

The eyes in the mask are made from an iridescent glass made from the fog itself, which makes it easier to spot prey hiding in the growth.

While charging a hatchet, visible survivors within 48 M are highlighted (effect like a how Freddy sees survivors in the Dream State). Optionally: Being near fire barrels negates this effect, or increase the range but require the survivor to be unmoving.

Reasoning: Honestly, this one I'm the most unsure about, and I go back and forth on thinking it's too strong (or is potentially combined with other add-ons) or too weak.
