Trapped Chests

I dunno if this has been mentioned before but i was thinkin it would be cool for Freddy or other killers to be able to maje traps out of searched chests?

The idea is specifically for Freddy but I think it would be neat for him to be able to go up to an already searched chest and close it and if a survivor were to search it the thing would like spew blood and theyd scream and give a notification to freddy like dream snares. And like dream pallets its another thing to take note of when in the nightmare or if applied to other killers another way to keep tabs on survivors.

    To what end? What is the counter? Without running plunder or Ace in the Hole, chests are pretty meh. That said, I don't want to discourage survivors from taking the extra time to search one. That is more time away from a gen.

    I mean why not? Fun, adds a spicey new twist to a standard gameplay mechanic. I usually go for chests when im injured and cant find another survivor to heal so the idea of them being trapped would be Fun. Gives killers extra things to do while patrollin
