I assumed that he meant during the destroy portal action which makes the Survivor oblivious any killer can basically stalk them as in sneak upto them.
If there is a stalk mode then I'll be even more excited to play him.

They said in the designer notes that the demo will be able to go undetectable. The obliviuos thing goes when a survivor is working on the portal.
