My friend is banned on the forums. He wants to know the reason, why and when it happened. Where he can ask for it?

    You're going to get the thread locked and told to go to the site's support area to inquire. Bans aren't discussed on the forums.

    He isnt really discussing about the ban, be wants to know where to ask for more information.

    First of all when someone is banned from the forums they are sent a message to explain why - they will receive an email notification of it, unless they have turned those off, if so there's nothing we can do.

    No Social Media ban is able to be appealed, that includes the Forums, Discord, Twitter, Facebook etc.

    We do not discuss bans publicly, either game bans or social media bans, this is between us and the individual who was banned.
