Is the Demogorgon able to go on all 4's in some form of stealth, similar to what we saw in the trailer?

I think it was menytioned somewhere..he can hold the power button to reveal anyone near the portals..but i doubt thats all it does

he does not, the devs would have talked about it while explaining the killers power. also why even add it when he can do a charged lunge while standing, pig 2.0?

he can hold his powers to track people near portals, hes stealthed for a while after traveling through a portal, and survivors are oblivious while working on a portal.
