So can anyone tell me how do killers get these points, like what constitutes hunting actions, brutality actions, and devious actions? Does each killer specialise in one category or multiple?

Here is a list of actions that contribute to each rank emblem: https://deadbydaylight.gamepedia.com/Emblems

And, here is a list of Bloodpoint scoring events: https://deadbydaylight.gamepedia.com/Bloodpoints

Bear in mind that emblems and Bloodpoints do not correlate 1:1.

    Essentially this:

Brutality: hit survivors with your standard attack.

Deviousness: successfully use your special ability.

Hunting: chase survivors (and preferably win chases.)

Sacrifice: hook survivors. Please note that 4 hooks and 4 sacrifices will only get you around 5000 points. To max this category out, you need to allow unhooks to occur (ie no camping) so that you can get multiple hooking events from each survivor.

side note: moris are really fun, but you kinda shoot your self in the foot with them from a bloodpoint perspective since you’re limiting your opportunities to earn in these categories.

Hunting can be gotten by simply FINDING survivors. I often times will end up maxing out this category when I juggle survivors, constantly changing targets.

You also get devious points for closing the hatch, opening the gates or getting the no one escaped bonus

You get brutality points every time you kick a gen or pallet as well as just hitting ppl.
