Survivors' base walking speed?

I know survivors run at 100% (4.0 M/S), but I have no clue what their walking speed is... :(

The page is a huge WIP mess but mostly accurate, i guess.
- Run 100% (4.0)
- Walk 56.5% (2.26)
- Crouch 28.25% (1.13)
